Your Individual Project, Our Individual Approach

Soil Engineering’s approach to a site investigation is anything but generic. We know that every site is different, and that you need to understand the site for specific purposes. As a result, our Engineers will work closely with you to define a scope and parameters for your site investigation, and to keep you informed of findings at every step of the journey. You’ll meet with our team to make sure we understand key stakeholder priorities, receive bespoke pricing for each stage of the project process, and can tailor how we report the work back to suit your individual needs. Whether the start point for the scheme is a land purchase due diligence exercise, a need to meet planning constraints, or an early stage in the design and development of your key investment, we’ll build a package to match the project’s unique criteria.

  • Monitoring – Either in-house or via our group business Sixense, we can supply ongoing monitoring systems for a wide range of construction risks right through your project lifecycle.
  • Ground Improvement – Soil stabilisation is available through number of our associated businesses. Methods including soil mixing, jet grouting and both vibro compaction and dynamic compaction can be delivered by Bachy Soletanche, Menard or Roger Bullivant. Our team will work closely with you and their designers to identify the most appropriate solution provider for your individual project.
  • Foundations – Driven precast piles, or cast insitu? CFA or rotary bored? Controlled Modulus Columns? All available with in our group, and again, you’ll be supported with direction to the most appropriate supplier.

It may be that your project needs a combination of the above, that’s no problem. You may already have a preferred design concept which is steering the site investigation, and want to access early engagement from foundation suppliers. Again, no problem, we can integrate that into the service package we provide for your unique project.

Draw on our heritage, continual development, and group-wide excellence to manage risk and promote positive outcomes on your next project.
