Soil Engineering’s Equality Policy supports our behaviours as an equal opportunities, inclusive and supportive employer
The Equality Policy is applicable to both current and prospective Employees, and to our Subcontractors. Supported by regular training, our policy highlights the imperative to avoid discrimination on any grounds, and in any context. The Quality Policy sets out our approach to recruitment, to promotion and training and to our terms of employment. The policy also tackles bullying and harassment, and how to report any incident of bullying, harassment or discrimination either in person or via a whistleblowing service
